Trial terms

These terms describe the free trial of Lime LIMS offered by Anna Kainova PR Specijalizovanje dizajnerske delatnosti Amilisa Beograd. Questions: contact@limelims.com. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy notice.

What the trial is

• A workspace of the product for evaluation, free of charge, for 30 days from the moment it is prepared. No payment card is required.
• The workspace is for evaluating the product with your own method. Please do not enter data you are not allowed to process in an evaluation environment.
• The trial comes without a service-level agreement and without a promise of availability. Some features are not part of the trial.

When the trial ends

• When the 30 days end, the workspace is suspended. Your data is not deleted at that moment.
• Data of an ended trial is erased after the retention period stated in the privacy notice, unless you become a customer. Write to us before that date if you want a copy of your data.
• A trial can be extended on request; whether to extend it is our decision.

What we ask of you

• Give us a working e-mail address that belongs to you. Mail from the trial workspace is delivered only to that address.
• Do not use the trial to attack, overload or probe the service or other users, and do not try to access data that is not yours.
• We may suspend a trial that is used against these terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version you agreed to is recorded when you confirm your e-mail.
